Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation Format:

Each oral paper presentation will be allocated in 10 minutes slots. Presenters must give 8 minutes for the presentation itself + 2 minutes for discussion with the audience. Session rooms will have a laptop with software tools (like PowerPoint), a data projector and a screen. We recommend presenters to submit their slide before their presentation through:

Virtual Presentation Format:

Presenters that will participate with a virtual contribution. The presenters are required to prepare the pre-recorded video for the presentation itself: Recording a video of the presentation, and save it as a video. The file that you send us must be in VIDEO format (i.e., mp4 format), we won鈥檛 accept any other file formats, like .ppt files). For the Q&A session, the presenter will need to be available online after their presentations to answer questions from the participants. The video conferencing tools will be available through Microsoft Teams, and link will be sent before the conference date.You MUST NOT EXCEED  8 minutes presentation. The pre-recorded video presentation need be submit before their presentation through:

Poster Presentation Format:

The poster should contain the following:

  • Abstract
  • Introduction/Motivation
  • Objectives
  • Theory/Materials/Methods
  • Main findings/Results
  • Conclusion
  • Selected References
  • Acknowledgement (if applicable)
  • Contact details (optional), so that interested delegates may contact you.
  • Data, in units that are generally accepted in scientific publications (international metric system is preferred)

The poster format must be in portrait, high-resolution, and preferred in pdf format. Participants can use their creativity for the poster design to make it visually appealing yet informative and include essential content. Poster sessions will be held fully online through .
