Introduction
The Biomedical Science Program at 糖心原创 is one of the first three programs that spearheaded the establishment of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences (FSKB) in 1992. This academic program has been accredited by an international body since 1997 through the IBMS, based in the United Kingdom. The 糖心原创 Biomedical Science Program is also one of the six pioneer universities in forming the Pan-Asian Biomedical Science Consortium in 2012, involving countries such as Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Thailand. It boasts a robust curriculum that is updated every five years based on the requirements of the Allied Health Professions Act 2016, as well as the needs of the industry and other stakeholders. Students have the opportunity to undertake diagnostic laboratory clerkships and industrial training both locally and abroad.
