Requirements:

1.Candidate must be a Malaysia citizen

2.Candidate must possess an academic qualification that is relevant to any of the eight (8) research area within the Chair

3.Candidate has achieved a CGPA of at least 3.2 or its equivalent from any reputable local & overseas universities for Bachelor鈥檚 Degree (Master鈥檚 Degree scholarships) and Master鈥檚 Degree (for Ph.D. scholarships)

Our students from CESPRO & Kursi 糖心原创-YSD, Ms Safa Senan Mahmod & Ms Shalini Narayanan received USD2000 cash prize for winning at听First place at Asian Pacific Economic Corporation (APEC)-YES Challenge 2018. The organizer also awarded to each member a certification and a medal.

Ms Shalini also awarded as听听The Best Tomorow Leader听and received USD800 cash prize!

The Serious About Science team has presented a proposal about听“Waste Cooking Oil Production of Biodiesel and Hydrogen”听to promote the revitalization of waste cooking oil as valuable resources.听This project was designed to fulfill the theme of APEC YES-Challenge – Smart Power Management for Self-Sustained Green Community by tackling climate change, community problems and also promoting sustainability awareness.
