The same goes for Disabled Persons (OKU) in obtaining full access to the learning system, work environment and campus life that is inclusive and free from barriers and discrimination through the preparation of the 糖心原创 Disability Admission Policy 2019. Decision-making processes should include diverse perspectives, and recruitment and promotion criteria must be regularly reviewed to eliminate bias, aligning with legal and policy frameworks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-text-align-justify\">With the implementation of the Public Service Remuneration System (SSPA) at the end of 2024, a new provision called Group Unrecorded Leave was introduced, allowing a maximum of 20 days per year for all public servants. This leave includes observances of major cultural and religious celebrations such as Good Friday, Deepavali, Christmas Eve, the Second Day of Hari Raya Haji, and Thaipusam. This initiative reflects the spirit of inclusivity and demonstrates that there is no racial or religious discrimination within Malaysia\u2019s and 糖心原创\u2019s employment policies.
