The following information is provided to help you with the preparation and submission of the final camera-ready paper before it can be published in the IconSpace 2025 proceedings in order for your paper to be successfully included in the IconSpace 2025 proceedings, it is required that you strictly follow the following instructions:<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1. Your final paper has to follow the Full Paper Template in <\/b>Word <\/b><\/a>and <\/b>LaTeX<\/b><\/a>. The length of the final paper is 4-6 pages and A4 size, including figures, tables and references. <\/b>https:\/\/www.springer.com\/de\/authors-editors\/conference-proceedings\/conference-proceedings-guidelines<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

Please note that <\/span>Springer Proceedings in Physics<\/b> follows the Reference Style <\/span>APS, <\/i><\/b>Citation Style<\/span> Numbered<\/b> and Numbering Style<\/span> ChapterContent.<\/b><\/p>\n

Step 2.<\/strong> Clearing rights for any third-party content prior to submission of your paper. Please refer to this link: <\/span>https:\/\/www.springernature.com\/gp\/policies\/editorial-policies\/third-party-permissions<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Third-party content is defined as any material within the manuscript that is not your original work. Third party content may consist of text passages, figures, photos, poems, song lyrics, screenshots, etc. and be found in many places such as, but not limited to, the Internet, print and online books and articles, theses, annual reports, conference material, photocopies, course packages, and translations. In particular, you should pay close attention to sensitive images containing identifiable persons, logos, brands\/trademarks, images from agencies, or from the Internet, as well as text content such as song lyrics, poems, interviews, social media content and references to commercial entities.<\/span><\/p>\n

As an author, you are responsible for clearing the rights for any third-party content. We recommend keeping all quotations and inclusion of copyrighted material to a minimum wherever possible, as gaining permissions can be time-consuming and expensive for the author.<\/span><\/p>\n

To obtain permission to use third-party material in the manuscript, visit the Rights Holder website or the <\/span>Copyright Clearance Centre Marketplace<\/span><\/a>. If the material is not found, please exert your best efforts to use Springer\u2019s <\/span>Permissions Request Form<\/span><\/a> and\/or <\/span>Release Request Form<\/span><\/a> (to obtain permission from interviewees or other identifiable individuals or the owners of identifiable property in source material) for your request. If the rights-holder issues their own form, please ensure that the document they provide includes all Required Rights listed in the \u2018Guide to Obtaining Permissions\u2019 section in Springer\u2019s: <\/span>Springer Nature Third Party Permissions Guidelines<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s a good idea to begin the permissions-clearing process as early as possible to avoid delays in the publishing process. You may also need to negotiate with rights-holders if they do not meet our requirements. It is crucial that the rights you obtain are sufficient to cover the rights you have granted to us as the publisher under your publishing agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3.<\/strong> Your final paper can be in Word and PDF files.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 4.<\/strong> Complete the registration with payment first before uploading the paper revision into EDAS.
<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 5.<\/strong> Please upload your final paper to EDAS.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 6. Corresponding authors are also required to sign and complete the Contributor Agreements \/ Publishing Agreements form. Download the copyright form <\/b>HERE<\/b><\/a>.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

All authors submitting papers to a contributed volume must grant Springer\u2019s specific permission to publish the work. This is a legal requirement that arises from provisions of copyright law and acts as additional protection for you. I kindly ask you to forward the form to each of your corresponding authors, collect the completed forms and submit the scanned version of the Contributor Agreement along with the final manuscript so that we may start with the production of the book. Each corresponding author should print the form, enter the title of the chapter as well as the names of the authors at the top of the form and sign it. Important: details of the chapter authors (sequence, names, name and affiliation of corresponding author) given in the Contributor Agreement should be complete, final and correspond to the details given in the manuscript. As this is a legal document, we cannot accept changes at a later stage and ask for your understanding in this matter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 7. Please upload your Contributor Agreements \/ Publishing Agreements form (from Step no. 6 ) in EDAS under the menu: Copyright Form.<\/b><\/p>\n

The similarity of your paper MUST BE LESS than 25%<\/b>.\u00a0 Please note that failure to follow the above instructions may result in your paper being excluded from the conference proceedings.<\/span><\/p>\n
