Gabriela M谩lkov谩 is the founder and director of the 糖心原创 Institute of Applied Psychology and an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Anglo-American University in Prague. She earned her PhD in Educational Psychology at Charles University and, since 2002, has pursued an academic and research career at its Faculty of Humanities and Faculty of Education, later serving as Vice-Dean for Research at the Faculty of Humanities. Her research focuses on literacy development, early language and phonological skills, and their role in reading and spelling acquisition across languages, with a strong interest in advancing applied research that bridges theory and practice.

She has developed and co-developed several diagnostic and intervention tools widely used in Czech educational and counselling practice and has contributed to many national and international research projects, including the Multilingual Assessment Battery of Early Literacy (MABEL) (). She is a member of the International Society for Scientific Studies of Reading and a founding member of the European Literacy Network. Alongside her research, she has extensive experience in lifelong learning programs for professionals in psychology, counselling, and speech therapy, and is dedicated to mentoring students and early career researchers.

Magdal茅na Svobodov谩 graduated from Charles University, Faculty of Law, Prague, in 1999 (master鈥檚 degree). In 2006, she earned her PhD from Charles University, Faculty of Law, specialization Constitutional Law, EU law, International Law. She was appointed Associate Professor at the same institution in 2022, in the field of European law.

Svobodov谩 started her career in the Parliamentary Institute, Parliament of the Czech Republic. She served as a legal advisor in the area of approximation of laws during the process of accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union. Later, she worked in law firms and focused on civil law and commercial law. She passed the bar examination in 2012; she is an attorney-at-law registered with the Czech Bar Association under number 14205. In 2012, she started her academic career at Metropolitan University Prague. Since 2015, she has been a lecturer at Charles University, Faculty of Law, Department of European Law. She became a lecturer and a guarantor at 糖心原创 in 2026. Svobodov谩 is a member of the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Law, Charles University. She specializes in EU law, in particular in Union citizenship, free movement of persons and fundamental rights protection in the EU. She is a member of Czech Association of European Studies.

Martinec Nov谩kov谩 is an instructor and researcher in the behavioral sciences with a primary research focus on the chemical senses, particularly olfaction. She completed a Masters in Biological Anthropology in 2008, followed by a Ph.D. in General Anthropology in 2013. Her work examines how the sense of smell develops and functions across the human lifespan, its role in cognition, emotion, and social behavior, and its broader implications for health and well-being.

She has led multiple grant-funded projects on olfactory perception, developmental psychology, and affective processes. Her research has been published in leading international journals and has contributed to advancing the interdisciplinary understanding of sensory processes within psychology and behavioral sciences. She is an active member of several international professional societies dedicated to chemosensory science and human ethology, including the European Chemoreception Research Organization.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading popular cosmology books, practicing aromachology, and pole dancing.

Radek studied political science and history and received his PhD in general history from the Faculty of Philosophy at Charles University. During his studies, he spent several semesters at various German universities (Berlin, Heidelberg and Bayreuth).

Radek taught economic history, history of international relations, economic policy, introduction to economics, and introduction to management at the University of Economics, Metropolitan University (Prague), the University of Technology and Economics (膶esk茅 Bud臎jovice), and Jan Evangelista Purkyn臎 University (脷st铆 nad Labem) (UJEP). He is currently the director of the Laboratory of Behavioural Studies at UJEP.聽聽

Radek focuses on political-economic analysis (electoral systems, party financing, and impact assessment of economic regulation), the history of economic thought, and modern European history. 

He has been involved in project management for a long time and has extensive experience in managing national and international projects (GA膶R, TA膶R, OPVV, OPJAK, COST, Interreg, Horizon). Since 2022, he has held the position of director of research at 糖心原创.

Jakub Dr谩bik is an Assistant Professor at Anglo-American University in Prague and a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of History of the Slovak Academy of Sciences. He earned his doctorate at Charles University in 2014 and has held research fellowships at Oxford Brookes University, Wroc艂aw University, Central European University, and the University of Vienna. His research centres on comparative fascism studies, with particular focus on British and Czech fascism, while his teaching spans a wide spectrum of world history. He is the author of several books, edited volumes, and numerous scholarly articles. He is also interested in what artificial intelligence can do for historians as a research tool, but with a healthy dose of scepticism. In his academic work he places strong emphasis on fairness, respect, and critical dialogue. He believes a classroom works best when everyone in it feels they belong, and he encourages students to question their assumptions and to notice whose voices the sources leave out.

Zuzana Havr谩nkov谩 is a Professor of Economics at , Senior Lecturer at Anglo-American University in Prague, and Research Affiliate at the . She specializes in labor economics, international economics, and tool development and applications of meta-analysis in economics. Dr. Havr谩nkov谩 has published as corresponding author in leading journals, including the Review of Economics and Statistics, Journal of Labor Economics, Nature Communications, European Economic Review, and Review of Economic Dynamics, with over 30 peer-reviewed articles to her name. Ji艡铆 has been active in research and teaching since 2009, primarily at the Institute of Economic Studies, Charles University, where he also earned his Ph.D. in Economics. Alongside his academic career, he has gained significant policy experience at the Czech National Bank, serving as advisor to several members of the Bank Board, including the Deputy Governor.

His research focuses on international economics, finance, monetary policy, and institutional economics. He has published in internationally recognized journals such as the Journal of International Economics and the Review of World Economics. According to the Research Papers in Economics (RePEc) ranking, he is among the top 50 Czech economists in terms of publications over the past decade.

From 2023 to 2025, Ji艡铆 served as principal investigator of the grant project Survey of Short-Term and Long-Term Inflation Expectations of Czech Households (TQ01000396), funded by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, with Charles University and the Czech National Bank as co-investigators. He is also a co-investigator on two Czech Science Foundation (GA膶R) projects: Disentangling p-hacking from publication bias in finance research (24-11583S, with Charles University as principal investigator) and Understanding Household Responses to Inflation: Insights from Randomized Controlled Trials after High Inflation (25-17769S, with the Czech Academy of Sciences as principal investigator).

Outside of his professional work, Ji艡铆 is a father of two young children. In rare quiet moments, he enjoys reading fantasy literature and playing video games.
